Ms. Marie Grimmer is the Chief Executive Officer and the Founding President. She has 29 years of experience in a variety of operational areas with extensive experience in Information Technology (IT) and space systems including military communications systems and personnel. With nine years of experience in Enterprise IT/IS project management, she has a demonstrated record of excellence on large scale projects in CONUS and overseas. She attended college at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL and received her active duty commission through the Eagle Battalion ROTC program. Ms. Grimmer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, a Master of Science in Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle. Ms. Grimmer is a commercially licensed pilot with airplane multiengine and instrument ratings. She is also PMP and ITIL Foundation certified.
Mr. Alan Williams has seven years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. He manages all aspects of the company finances including cash flows, payroll, tax payments, and taxes. He is a proven leader and team builder in the schedule and budget driven commercial and governmental construction environment. He has managed a variety of major construction projects total over $180 million. Advanced software skills include using Excel to track costs and schedules and using the graphing feature to display the results. He is highly proficient with Microsoft Project, P3, and Suretrack to track schedules. Additionally, Mr. Williams has experience as a small business owner in using QuickBooks accounting software. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle and received his active duty commission through the Eagle Battalion ROTC program. He is an experienced combat aviator who deployed, conducted combat operations, and safely returned his unit from Operation Desert Storm. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Ms. Dawn Ross is the Chief Technology Officer – A results oriented professional with over 29 years of leadership, program management, operational and analytical experience. Her extensive service history with the US Army has given her the opportunity to work closely with industry, research leading edge technologies, and make determinations on the probability of implementation. She has extensive experience in defense Command, Control, Communications, Computers strategic planning, project management, and systems integration. She is a proven strategic planner with vision to balance mission, message, and money to achieve desired outcomes. She has significant experience working with key customer executives, directors, management teams, and strategic partners. She also possesses extensive executive support experience in strategic planning and strategic communication at the highest levels of the Department of the Army, DoD, and across a variety of IT and network modernization initiatives. Ms. Ross received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Clarkson University where she received her active duty commission through the Golden Knights Battalion ROTC program. She earned her Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from George Washington University. Ms. Ross is also Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation certified.
